camp Director- Rev. Jeff Wadley

Jeff Wadley an avid outdoorsman and loves being present with the Creator in the midst of creation. He has pastored three churches, most recently serving as the founding pastor of Sycamore Tree United Methodist Church in Maryville, TN (2001-2015) . He holds degrees from Hiwassee College (AA), Tennessee Wesleyan University (BS), Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div), and Southern Adventist University (MS, Outdoor Education).

Jeff developed Camp Bays Mountain, working alongside an outstanding board of directors. He was thrilled to welcome our first campers for summer camp in 2016 and is now developing retreat usage and preparing for the upcoming summer camp seasons.

Jeff is married to Joy, a teacher, and they have two sons, a daughter, a grandson, and a Black Lab (Piper)

Administrative assistant- Michelle dixon

Michelle Dixon has been with us since 2019 as our administrative assistant leading our camp’s payable/receivable accounts, and helping with summer registration and year-round retreat reservations. She and her husband, David have two sons, Eli and Nathaniel and two dogs to keep them busy.
